Child exploitation investigation in WNC leads to arrest
HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - A man is behind bars after a child exploitation investigation, according to the Haywood County Sheriffโs Office. The sheriffโs office said Waynesville resident Toby James Moorefield, 22, was arrested on charges of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and indecent liberties with a minor, both felonies.
